Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or with discrepancies. Discrepancies include missing items, receiving the wrong product or package, or extra items.
Return Policy:
- Please inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery person.
- In the rare event you receive a defective, incorrect, or extra product, kindly return it to the delivery person.
- Our customer service team will take care of the rest, ensuring you receive the correct product promptly.
- Items sold as part of a set or bundle must be returned in full.
- Any concerns must be reported while the delivery person is still present.
- Once you accept the product without reporting any issues to the delivery person, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. We cannot address concerns raised after the delivery.
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective, damaged, or there is a discrepancy.
- Items that are opened, used, switched, purchased for the wrong skin concern, or in liquid/semi-liquid form cannot be returned or refunded.
- If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you may exchange it, provided the item is in perfect condition. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees. The exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
- Returns or exchanges will take 5 to 7 working days to complete, provided all conditions are met.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available only if you’ve made a payment and the product is out of stock.
- If a replacement product is out of stock, you may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours.
- For misplaced or defective products, the item must be sealed, wrapped, and in its original condition as delivered.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via online or mobile banking.
- If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, notify the delivery person immediately and contact us for support.
